It's another meme, 'cuz Tess was sneaky and tagged me in hers. Bad Tess, giving me work to do five days before my wedding! :) So:

Eight things about me

1. Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.

2. People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.

8 Random (but oddly connected) Facts about Kit
1. I hate to eat fruit, but love fruit smoothies.
2. I feel much less guilty about buying Starbucks lattes or Booster Juice smoothies when I remember I used to spend more per day on cigarettes, and don't anymore.
3. At least twice a year, I still get a powerful urge to smoke. But I don't.
4. At least twice a year, I go through my closet and purge clothes I don't wear or that don't fit or that are just plain dead. I'd rather wear the same pants three days a week than three different pairs I don't feel comfortable in.
5. I have totally come to terms with "comfort" as my personal sense of style.
6. Yes, I do wear socks with sandals - but only hand-knit ones I've made myself.
7. I have to be knitting at least two things for other people for every one thing I make myself or I feel INSANELY guilty.
8. I am getting better at being honest with people when I just don't have the energy to go out and do stuff. Rather than make a lame excuse I will phone them and say, "I don't feel like it tonight, I'm going to bed but I love you and will see you soon." People are generally understanding of that, and if they're not, why on earth would I spend time with them anyway?

Ok, that's eight. Done like dinner - oh crap, I need to eat dinner. Um, tagging eight people... do eight people read this thing? um... Yumi, Lori, Alison, SP!, Tess (tag-back, ha!), and anyone else that feels like it.
